In accordance with the deployment requirements of the Provincial Non-Public Party Committee and the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce regarding the investigation and research work on studying and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, in order to further deepen the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era theme education activities, and to earnestly implement the spirit of the Guangdong Province High-Quality Development Conference convened by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, on June 9, a party branch of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises, consisting of 4 members, visited Zhongshan Haoke Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Haoke Chemical) to carry out the investigation and research activities for studying Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era theme education. This is the third theme education investigation and research activity conducted by the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises' party branch among its member enterprises; the investigation and research symposium was presided over by Zhu Yingbin, the Executive President and Party Branch Secretary of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises; President Li Kewai of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises, Professor Wang Jian, Deputy Director of the Economist (Expert) Committee of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises, and Chen Xiangjie, Deputy Secretary-General and Membership Minister of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises participated in the research; Chairman Peng Zhaoliang, General Manager Hu Meiyu, and Sales Director Gong Zhiwei of Haoke Chemical participated in the research activities.

      At the investigation and research symposium, Secretary Zhu Yingbin conveyed the main content of the implementation plan for in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era by the Provincial Non-Public Party Committee and the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and also conveyed the main spirit of the speech made by the Deputy Minister of the Provincial United Front Work Department and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce at the education work meeting on studying and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics; the purpose of the investigation and research activities is to understand the main problems, difficulties, bottlenecks, and pain points faced by private enterprises in high-quality development. How to solve them? To find effective methods and approaches; to promote private enterprises to continuously deepen and implement the high-quality development strategic deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government through investigation and research, to promote coordinated economic and social development across the province, and to ensure that the theme education achieves new results and private enterprises achieve new achievements.

      President Li Kewai of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises highly praised the achievements of Haoke Chemical under the three-year pandemic, noting the good sales market prospects, high technological content, and high degree of refinement and precision, while insisting on the dual circulation and dual expansion of domestic and foreign markets.       Professor Wang Jian, Deputy Director of the Economist (Expert) Committee of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises and doctoral supervisor at Huazhong Agricultural University, emphasized that private enterprises should pay great attention to the leadership of party building in theme education activities. Under permissible conditions, they should strengthen the party building work of enterprises and also enhance the work of trade unions; during the research, when Professor Wang Jian learned that enterprises have the intention to establish party organizations and trade union organizations, he focused on explaining the importance and necessity of establishing party organizations and trade union organizations in private enterprises, and provided good suggestions and pathways for establishing party organizations and trade union organizations.

      Chairman Peng Zhaoliang of Haoke Chemical introduced the development history of the enterprise, especially how the enterprise overcame difficulties during the three-year pandemic. The enterprise's performance has been continuously improving in recent years, and this year it is applying for the "Little Giant" project and also preparing to apply for the Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center project; through studying and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics theme education activities and implementing the high-quality development strategy of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, it strives to make Haoke Chemical bigger, stronger, and better, contributing more to the economic and social development of Guangdong.

      The party branch of the Provincial Federation of Economic Enterprises also visited the Haoke Chemical High-Tech Product Exhibition Center during the theme education investigation and research activities, inspected the production workshop and production line, and learned about Haoke Chemical's advanced enterprise management experience.
