The competition in the industrial manufacturing sector is becoming increasingly fierce. While companies strictly ensure the quality and craftsmanship of their own products, they will certainly impose certain requirements on their suppliers. The industrial cleaning industry, as an important sector providing cleaning and maintenance products for factory machinery and equipment, also faces opportunities and challenges. Based on my own research, I will now reveal the basic requirements that industrial manufacturing enterprises have for ultrasonic cleaning agents.
(1) The cleaning speed for oil stains is fast, capable of completely dissolving grease. The cleaning agent itself has a strong reaction to oil stains and grease, with a strong ability to disperse or dissolve and remove oil stains, and can be used in conjunction with ultrasonic cleaning machines to thoroughly clean dirt.
(2) The damage to the cleaning objects should be controlled within the production permit and user acceptance range, and should not affect the production efficiency of the equipment.
(3) The cleaning agent should have a high effective dilution ratio, making it convenient to reduce cleaning and maintenance costs without causing excessive resource waste.
(4) The cleaning agent should be non-toxic and harmless, not affecting the environment or the health of employees. The waste gas, waste liquid, and waste residue produced should be able to be treated to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations.
(5) The cleaning agent should have mild conditions, with a pH value preferably neutral, leaving no new stains on the cleaning objects and not affecting subsequent work.
(6) The cleaning process should not produce excessive foam and odors.
