After the coated glass arrives at the LCD/LED manufacturer, it must be cleaned again due to contamination during transportation before applying the photoresist. After producing the liquid crystal box, the liquid crystal is filled in a vacuum system, and the surface of the LCD/LED box, the PIN pins, and the gaps must also be thoroughly cleaned of residual liquid crystal.
If the residual liquid crystal cannot be effectively removed, it will affect the appearance of the product, the display effect of the liquid crystal display, the yield rate, performance, and service life of the product.
