Industrial cleaning agents are generally used in steel, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, paper, food, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries.

Commonly used surfactants for industrial cleaning agents: cationic surfactants / anionic surfactants / amphoteric surfactants / nonionic surfactants, general low foam cleaning agents commonly use nonionic surfactants.

Industrial cleaning agents have gone through the following development periods:

1. Chlorine solvents (harmful to human health)

2. Hydrocarbon solvents (explosion-proof policy required)

3. Aqueous cleaning agent using surfactant (high cost of cleaning waste liquid treatment)

4. Strong alkaline electrolyzed water produced by strong alkaline electrolysis water equipment (without adding any chemical substances, no environmental protection pressure)

Chemical preparations used for industrial fouling cleaning should generally meet the following technical requirements. The cleaning agents used for different cleaning purposes and cleaning objects can have some emphasis or trade-offs for these requirements.

(1) The speed of cleaning the dirt is fast, and the scale is dissolved thoroughly. The cleaning agent itself has a strong ability to react, disperse or dissolve the dirt, and can remove the dirt more thoroughly within a limited construction period.

(2) The damage to the cleaning object should be within the limits of the production license, and corresponding measures should be taken to inhibit the corrosion that may be caused by the metal.

(3) The chemicals used for cleaning are cheap and easy to obtain, and are based on localization; the cleaning cost is low and does not cause excessive resource consumption.

(4) The cleaning agent is non-toxic or low-toxic to organisms and the environment, and the generated waste gas, waste liquid and waste residue should be able to be processed to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations.

(5) The cleaning conditions are mild, try not to rely on additional strengthening conditions, such as temperature, pressure, mechanical energy, etc. do not need too high requirements.

(6) The cleaning process does not leave insoluble matter on the surface of the cleaning object, does not produce new stains, does not form a new covering layer that is harmful to subsequent processes, and does not affect the quality of the product.

(7) No bubbles and odors that affect the cleaning process and on-site hygiene are generated.

(8) The cleaning agent cannot be flammable, explosive, or have some potential safety threat to the products or equipment to be cleaned.

(9) The cleaning agent is required to be phosphorus-free and environmentally friendly as much as possible, and to reduce the COD value.
